Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with VS VINTAGE STEEL We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle the shipping process.
1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2-5 business Days for orders in Mumbai. 5-9 business Days for Orders in Maharashtra. 9-15 business days for Pan India & atleast 15-20 business days for international shipping. (excluding weekends and holidays).
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
- Please note that orders containing PVD customisations are subjected to availability. It may take more than 20 days if the order is processed and not available.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We partner with trusted third-party delivery services namely ShipRocket to ensure timely delivery.
Please note that the estimated delivery time is calculated from the date the order is shipped, not the date the order is placed.
We will be providing 2 types of deliveries. An express delivery & a normal delivery.
Express Deliveries unlike normal delivery will take less days. Please note that we will charge you for express delivery. Normal deliveries are relatively free.
3. Shipping Areas
We ship domestically and internationally. However, international shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- Domestic Shipping: According to pin code availibilty
- International Shipping: Available to select countries. Please check availability during checkout.
4. Express Delivery Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, delivery location, and selected shipping method. Exact rates will be displayed at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time please track your order. We will work with our third-party delivery partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
For lost packages, we will file a claim with the carrier and provide assistance in locating your order. If your package is confirmed as lost, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
