Here are Our Return & Refund Policies.
Kindly note that not all scenarios will have return & replacement. Product return requests should be given via email: vintagesteel18@gmail.com within 48 hours. Order Cancellation requests are suppose to be given within 24 hours of Order Confirmation Email. No requests will be entertained post given time frame.
1. Defective or Damaged Product
- Return: Product is returnable upon request within the given time frame along with the criteria met.
- Replacement: Product replacement is applicable upon request within the given time frame along with the criteria met. A replacement will be sent free of charge in case of damaged product. We will dispatch the replaced product once we get the damaged product and asses its condition.
- Refund: A full refund will be offered upon investigation for damaged product if the customer does not want a replacement. Please note that the amount will be refunded to you once we receive our product.
Criteria for Claiming replacement/refund on return of damaged products is:
- Unboxing video showing the shipping labels and then the product’s damaged portion.
- Photos of the product in full.
Please note that customised products are not subjected to return or replacement in this scenario. However, we can provide you store credit if the above criteria are met.
2. Wrong Product Shipped
- Return: The incorrect product can be returned for replacement.
- Replacement: The correct product is shipped at no additional cost.
- Refund: There will be no refund provided. However, a product replacement will be provided instead.
· Criteria for Claiming replacement/refund on return of Wrong product is:
- Unboxing video showing the shipping labels and then the product’s damaged portion.
- Photos of the product in full.
4. Product Size Improper
- Return: The incorrect product size can be returned for replacement.
- Replacement: The correct product size will be shipped at no additional cost.
- Refund: There will be no refund provided. However, a product replacement will be provided instead. A refund may be offered if no suitable replacement is available.
· Criteria for Claiming replacement/refund on return of Improper Product size is:
- Unboxing video showing the shipping labels and then the product’s damaged portion.
- Photos of the product in full.
- Measure tape kept on the products to ensure the size received is wrong.
Please note that customised products are not subjected to return or replacement in this scenario. However, we can provide you store credit if the above criteria are met.
5. Change of Mind
An order can be cancelled within the given time frame for change of mind of a customer.
- Return: There will be no returns post Order cancellation time frame.
- Replacement: Not applicable.
- Refund: There will be no refunds post Order cancellation time frame.
Please note that customised products are not subjected to return or replacement in this scenario. However, we can provide you store credit if order cancellation criteria are met.
6. Late Delivery or Non-Delivery
- Return: There will be no returns on Late Deliveries. Return for non-delivery is not applicable.
- Replacement: Late deliveries are not applicable. A replacement may be sent for items that are non- delivered (i.e. Lost in Transit).
- Refund: NO refund will be provided for Late or non-deliveries. However, products will be resent upon investigation for non-deliveries.
Please note that customised products are not subjected to return or replacement in the scenario of late deliveries. Non-delivered items will be resent upon investigation
7. Items on Offers/ Sale/ Promotions
- Return: You can return the product for store credit.
- Replacement: There will be no replacement.
- Refund: No refund will be provided but you can receive store credit.

11. Customized or Personalized Items.
- Return: No returns allowed.
- Replacement: Replacement will not be allowed
- Refund: No refunds will be provided.

12. Free Gifts
- Return: Free Gifts cannot be returned.
- Replacement: Free Gifts cannot be replaced
- Refund: Free Gifts cannot be refunded.
13. Partial Orders or Missing Items
- Return: No returns will be applicable.
- Replacement: Missing items will be sent to you upon request.
- Refund: No partial refund will be provided. However, you can get the missing products delivered to you or you can ask for same amount of store credit for the missing products.

14. International Returns
- Return: Products can be returned but the shipping costs are bearable by customer.
- Replacement: A replacement may be sent, but international shipping fees might apply.
- Refund: A refund may be issued, excluding international shipping fees.
Please note that all return, replacement & refund scenarios of domestic shipping apply to international shipping as well.
17. Refused Delivery
- Return: Once the product is returned, the customer may be contacted.
- Replacement: A replacement may not be relevant unless the wrong item was delivered.
- Refund: A refund may be issued once the product is returned, minus shipping fees.
